Custom Clearance

Our goods are delivered EXW (ex works). In order to avoid the payment of VAT, the customer has to do the custom clearance when leaving the EU (European Union), and provide us the export papers signed by authorized EU custom officials. In case of missing papers, the customer is liable to pay in 30 days the VAT on all the goods bought (at the moment the VAT rate is 20%).
